On a d’un côté des influenceurs food qui fonctionnent bien, et qui sont appréciés ; mais se lancer sur le même format présenterait des difficultés à se démarquer ;
Et on a pas mal de vidéos IA qui sont produites par, soit des gens qui s’amusent, soit des pros pour des marques, mais dans des formats one-shot (une vidéo pour une campagne précise, pas une série) ;
Cet agent Cursor et ses skills, qui gère toute la compréhension d’une recette, y compris la physique de la matière, et les formats vidéos de sortie attendus ;

- `@KitchenIslandOverhead`
- `@KitchenIslandDefault`
- `@BakingMat`
- `@SaucepanLarge`
- `@RollingPin`
- `@Blender`
- `@Spoon`
- `@CharacterSheet`
- `@PoseTopDown`
Durée : 5 secondes.
Mode : `References`.
#### Prompt recommandé
Use `@KitchenIslandOverhead` for overhead countertop actions. Use `@KitchenIslandDefault` to preserve the same kitchen identity, surfaces, materials and lighting whenever the shot becomes frontal, three-quarter, or appliance-focused. Do not copy the exact original photo framing; freely choose macro or extreme close-up zooms that fit the food action. Use `@BakingMat`, `@SaucepanLarge`, `@RollingPin`, `@Blender`, and `@Spoon` only as object references. Use `@CharacterSheet` and `@PoseTopDown` to preserve the character and the character's hands.
Generate exactly 8 short shots with hard cuts, total duration 5 seconds, no slow motion, no soft transitions, no extra shots. TikTok/Reels food ASMR style, macro texture-first, no text on screen. The character's face may stay out of frame, but the character's hands must be visible on every human action.
Integrated audio: no speech, no voiceover, no music. Only close-up kitchen ASMR sounds synchronized with the cuts and food actions.
Mandatory timing:
- 0.0-0.7s: extreme close-up, the character's hands tilt `@SaucepanLarge`, dark amber caramel, glossy and steaming, starts pouring onto `@BakingMat`.
- 0.7-1.2s: extreme close-up, the caramel puddle spreads wider, thick, smooth and glossy, no other action.
- 1.2-1.7s: hard cut, the caramel is now hardened into an amber glass sheet. The character's hands hold `@RollingPin` vertically above the center. The rolling pin is exactly the reference object: one solid wooden cylinder, no added handles, no side axles.
- 1.7-2.1s: one single sharp vertical hit. The rolling pin stays vertical but moves only downward like a mallet. Forbidden: no rolling motion, no spreading, no horizontal translation, no flattening dough gesture.
- 2.1-2.6s: extreme close-up payoff, brittle caramel cracked into sharp dry angular shards. The shards do not melt, stretch or become paste-like.
- 2.6-3.5s: hard cut inside `@Blender`, broken caramel pieces and toasted hazelnuts visible in the jar. All mixing happens inside the blender, never on the silicone mat.
- 3.5-4.2s: short shot, the blender spins in a quick vortex, pieces disappear downward. Do not show half-mixed paste on the mat.
- 4.2-5.0s: final extreme close-up, one character hand holds `@Spoon` and lifts a ribbon of perfectly smooth hazelnut praline, amber-brown, glossy, oily and thick, slowly falling back into the blender.
Global negatives: no rolling pin with handles, no rolling or spreading gesture, no caramel being flattened like dough, no grainy praline paste spread on the mat, no visible almond chunks in the final praline, no slow pacing.
Mandatory audio: 0.0-1.2s hot caramel pouring, thick viscous close-up sound; 1.2-1.7s tiny silence before impact; 1.7-2.1s wooden hit plus sharp brittle caramel crack; 2.1-2.6s small caramel shard clicks sliding on silicone; 2.6-4.2s short dense blender sound with a clean cut; 4.2-5.0s smooth praline stretching and falling back, sticky oily close-up sound.Segment 2 - Crumble (craquelin)

Integrated audio: no speech, no voiceover, no music. Only close-up kitchen ASMR sounds synchronized with the cuts and food actions.
Mandatory timing:
- 0.0-0.7s: extreme close-up, character hands drop cold pale butter cubes into flour and brown sugar inside `@StandMixer`.
- 0.7-1.4s: hard cut, the mixer paddle starts turning slowly through dry powder and butter pieces.
- 1.4-2.1s: close-up transformation, the mixture becomes sandy, beige-gold, crumbly, with small buttery clumps.
- 2.1-2.8s: hard cut on the counter, character hands gather the crumble dough into one rough compact piece.
- 2.8-3.6s: `@RollingPin` rolls forward once, flattening the dough into a thin even sheet. This time the rolling motion is normal and intentional.
- 3.6-4.3s: close-up payoff, thin sandy sheet, matte beige-gold surface, light flour around it.
- 4.3-5.2s: character hands press a small round cutter into the sheet, making clean round discs. The cutter is not a reference asset, keep it simple.
- 5.2-6.0s: reveal shot, several neat crumble discs lie on the floured counter, clean edges, dry sandy texture.
Global negatives: no wet paste, no sticky dough, no messy fingers, no floating cutter, no extra utensils, no text on screen, no slow pacing.
Mandatory audio: 0.0-0.7s soft butter cubes landing in flour; 0.7-2.1s low mixer hum and dry sandy friction; 2.1-3.6s soft dough compression and rolling pin contact; 4.3-5.2s crisp cutter press; 5.2-6.0s tiny dry crumble taps.Segment 3 - Pâte à choux

Use `@InductionCloseup` and `@InductionWide` to preserve the same induction kitchen identity, surfaces, materials and lighting. Use `@SaucepanLarge`, `@StandMixer`, and `@Whisk` only as object references. Use `@CharacterSheet`, `@CharacterExpressions`, and `@PoseThreeQuarterLeft` to preserve the character and hands. Induction rule: no flame, no red glow, no blue glow, no heat halo under the saucepan.
Generate exactly 8 short shots with hard cuts, total duration 7 seconds, no slow motion, no soft transitions, no extra shots. TikTok/Reels food ASMR style, no text on screen. Hands must be visible on pouring or stirring actions.
Integrated audio: no speech, no voiceover, no music. Only close-up kitchen ASMR sounds synchronized with the cuts and food actions.
Mandatory timing:
- 0.0-0.8s: medium close shot, the character stands at the induction hob with `@SaucepanLarge`, focused, ready to make choux pastry.
- 0.8-1.6s: extreme close-up in the saucepan, butter melts into milk and water, pale liquid with golden fatty streaks and tiny bubbles.
- 1.6-2.3s: character hands pour flour in one quick dump. The flour hits the hot liquid.
- 2.3-3.2s: the mass thickens fast into a matte dough ball that pulls away from the saucepan walls, light steam visible.
- 3.2-4.1s: hard cut to `@StandMixer`, warm dough in the bowl, one egg drops in, paddle begins turning.
- 4.1-5.0s: the dough changes from dry and broken to smoother, golden and glossy around the paddle.
- 5.0-6.1s: the paddle lifts, pulling a thick glossy ribbon of choux pastry.
- 6.1-7.0s: payoff close-up, the ribbon falls back in a soft V shape, elastic and shiny.
Global negatives: no flame, no induction glow, no boiling over, no floating egg, no dry flour cloud covering the scene, no text on screen, no slow pacing.
Mandatory audio: 0.8-1.6s gentle simmer and butter melt; 1.6-2.3s flour dump; 2.3-3.2s thick wooden stirring and steam; 3.2-5.0s stand mixer hum; 5.0-7.0s sticky glossy dough stretching and falling.Segment 4 - Pochage de la couronne

#### Prompt recommandé
Use `@KitchenIslandOverhead` for overhead pastry work, `@KitchenIslandDefault` for global kitchen identity, and `@KitchenWide` if the shot opens wider. Use `@StandMixer`, `@BakingMat` and `@Spatula` only as object references. Use `@CharacterSheet`, `@CharacterExpressions`, and `@PoseTopDown` to preserve the character and overhead hands. The pastry bag, baking tray and pastry ring are not reference assets; keep them simple and clean.
Generate exactly 8 short shots with hard cuts, total duration 7 seconds, no slow motion, no soft transitions, no extra shots. TikTok/Reels food ASMR style, no text on screen. Hands must be visible on filling, squeezing and placing actions.
Integrated audio: no speech, no voiceover, no music. Only close-up kitchen ASMR sounds synchronized with the cuts and food actions.
Mandatory timing:
- 0.0-0.8s: close shot, character hands use `@Spatula` to drop glossy golden choux pastry into a pastry bag.
- 0.8-1.5s: extreme close-up, the pastry bag fills and tightens, dough pressed toward the nozzle.
- 1.5-2.3s: overhead shot, the nozzle pipes the first round dome of seven, directly onto bare parchment or a clean baking tray, around a faint guide circle only. No cookie, no sable disc, no crumble base underneath.
- 2.3-3.2s: hard cut, more glossy domes appear in a clean circle, each dome thick and rounded, still directly on the tray.
- 3.2-4.1s: the final seventh dome is piped to close the crown shape, one clear squeezing action.
- 4.1-5.0s: character hands place crumble discs on top of the domes, one by one, matte sandy discs over glossy dough. The crumble discs are toppings only, never underneath.
- 5.0-6.0s: close-up texture payoff, matte crumble discs contrast with shiny choux pastry underneath.
- 6.0-7.0s: reveal overhead, complete raw Paris-Brest crown, regular circle, 7 domes, clean tray, no extra clutter.
Global negatives: no cookie base, no sable disc under the choux, no crumble under the choux, no biscuit layer, no edible base below each dome, no messy piping bag, no floating nozzle, no fingers blocking the domes, no deformed crown, no extra toppings, no text on screen, no slow pacing.
Mandatory audio: 0.0-1.5s soft sticky dough pushed into plastic pastry bag; 1.5-4.1s gentle squeeze and thick dough landing; 4.1-5.0s soft crumble discs placed; 5.0-7.0s close dry sandy taps and clean tray contact.Segment 5 - Cuisson et reveal choux

#### Prompt recommandé
PRIORITY LOCK — crown geometry in every single shot: use `@RawChouxCrownFrame` and `@BakedChouxCrownFrame` as the primary product geometry references. The pastry is always one circular Paris-Brest crown of exactly 7 piped choux domes arranged in a closed ring on the baking tray — never scattered choux blobs, never random dots, never rows, never a grid, never loose separate buns. Exactly 7 domes, ring layout, same topology from counter to oven to reveal. Match the reference frame layout shot by shot; do not invent a new arrangement.
Baking physics (hard cut only, no free morphing): raw = pale glossy small domes + flat matte crumble hats on top. Baked = steam puffs each dome into a hollow golden shell 2-3x larger; domes touch but stay 7 distinct bumps in the same ring. Crumble cracks into mosaic as choux expands. Never animate continuous inflation.
Use `@OvenWide` and `@OvenCloseup` for oven identity. Use `@KitchenIslandOverhead` for counter/tray shots and `@KitchenIslandDefault` if wider. Use `@CharacterSheet`, `@CharacterExpressions`, `@PoseThreeQuarterLeft` for character and hands. Oven already open: no door action.
Generate exactly 7 short shots with hard cuts, total duration 6 seconds, no slow motion, no extra shots. TikTok/Reels food ASMR, no text. Hands visible when handling tray.
Integrated audio: no speech, no voiceover, no music. Only close-up kitchen ASMR synchronized with cuts.
Mandatory timing — repeat 7-dome ring crown in every beat:
- 0.0-0.8s: overhead on counter, raw crown from `@RawChouxCrownFrame` on tray. LOCK: exactly 7 pale glossy domes in a closed circular ring, crumble discs on top, not scattered blobs.
- 0.8-1.5s: medium close, character slides the same 7-dome ring crown into open oven. LOCK: same circular 7-dome layout as reference, tray unchanged.
- 1.5-2.3s: hard cut inside oven, raw crown still from `@RawChouxCrownFrame`. LOCK: 7 small domes in ring on tray, intact crumble hats, no scattered choux, no layout change.
- 2.3-3.2s: hard cut to baked `@BakedChouxCrownFrame` in oven. LOCK: same 7-dome ring, now puffed 2-3x, cracked crumble, no morphing, no scattered buns.
- 3.2-4.2s: extreme close-up baked crown. LOCK: still the 7-dome ring, fissured crumble mosaic, golden choux through cracks.
- 4.2-5.2s: hard cut, character sets tray on counter, baked crown matches `@BakedChouxCrownFrame`. LOCK: 7 puffed domes in circular ring, light steam, same topology as oven shot.
- 5.2-6.0s: texture payoff on the same 7-dome ring crown. LOCK: cracked crumble over puffed choux, circular Paris-Brest crown intact.
Global negatives: no scattered choux blobs, no random choux dots on tray, no rows or grid layout, no loose separate buns, no wrong dome count, no incomplete ring, no layout change between shots, no morphing, no browning without puffing, no flat domes, no melting crumble, no smooth ring without 7 bumps, no cookie under choux, no oven door animation, no flames, no text, no slow pacing.
Mandatory audio: 0.0-0.8s tray on terrazzo; 0.8-1.5s tray sliding into oven rails; 1.5-2.3s quiet oven warmth; 2.3-3.2s dry oven heat (hard cut); 3.2-4.2s crumble crackle; 4.2-6.0s tray set down, faint steam, crisp crumble taps.Segment 6 - Crème pralinée

#### Prompt recommandé
Use `@InductionCloseup` for stovetop close-ups, `@KitchenIslandOverhead` for overhead prep, and `@KitchenIslandDefault` to preserve the same kitchen identity whenever the shot becomes frontal, three-quarter, or appliance-focused. Use `@SaucepanLarge`, `@Whisk`, `@ImmersionBlender`, and `@StandMixer` only as object references. Use `@CharacterSheet` and `@PoseThreeQuarterLeft` to preserve the character and hands. Induction rule: no flame, no red glow, no blue glow, no heat halo.
Generate exactly 8 short shots with hard cuts, total duration 9 seconds, no slow motion, no soft transitions, no extra shots. TikTok/Reels food ASMR style, no text on screen. Hands must be visible on whisking, pouring and blending actions.
Integrated audio: no speech, no voiceover, no music. Only close-up kitchen ASMR sounds synchronized with the cuts and food actions.
Mandatory timing:
- 0.0-1.0s: close-up in `@SaucepanLarge`, pale pastry cream thickens while `@Whisk` traces clear grooves.
- 1.0-2.0s: one hand pours glossy amber praline into the pale cream, strong amber-on-yellow marbling.
- 2.0-3.0s: close-up, the marbling folds through the cream, thick and shiny.
- 3.0-4.2s: `@ImmersionBlender` enters and smooths the cream; marbling becomes uniform golden hazelnut.
- 4.2-5.1s: close-up, cold butter cubes melt into the warm praline cream, pale fatty streaks disappear.
- 5.1-6.3s: hard cut to `@StandMixer`, praline cream in the bowl, whisk starts aerating it.
- 6.3-7.6s: the cream becomes lighter, thicker, satin and fluffy around the whisk.
- 7.6-9.0s: payoff, whisk lifts a soft glossy peak of praline cream that slowly folds back.
Global negatives: no split cream, no watery liquid, no chocolate color, no chunky nuts in the final cream, no induction glow, no text on screen, no slow pacing.
Mandatory audio: 0.0-2.0s thick whisking and glossy pour; 2.0-4.2s immersion blender buzz; 4.2-5.1s soft butter melt; 5.1-7.6s stand mixer whisk hum; 7.6-9.0s thick cream stretching and folding.Segment 7 - Montage final

#### Prompt recommandé
Use `@KitchenIslandOverhead` for overhead assembly. Use `@KitchenIslandDefault` for kitchen identity if the shot opens wider. Use `@Sieve` only as object reference. Use `@CharacterSheet`, `@CharacterExpressions`, and `@PoseTopDown` for character and overhead hands. Use `@BakedChouxCrownFrame` for intact crown geometry, `@SplitCrownFrame` for split state (chapeau removed), `@PralineCreamFrame` for cream texture, `@FilledCrownFrame` for generously filled ring. The serrated bread knife is not a reference asset; keep it simple with visible teeth.
Assembly physics: the Paris-Brest is one bonded circular crown of 7 fused choux domes — a single solid ring, not separate buns placed side by side. It holds together as one piece. Cut horizontally at mid-height with a serrated bread knife, blade parallel to the counter, gentle sawing through the whole ring — never a vertical cut between domes, never stabbing one choux individually. Remove the top half (chapeau with cracked crumble) and set it aside; the bottom half stays stable with hollow airy pale cavities. Pipe generous thick praline cream rosaces/spirals inside the open ring — filling the cavity, not tiny dots. Replace the chapeau on top of the cream, then dust sugar.
Generate exactly 8 short shots with hard cuts, total duration 8 seconds, no slow motion, no soft transitions, no extra shots. TikTok/Reels food ASMR style, no text on screen. Hands visible on cutting, piping, placing chapeau and dusting.
Integrated audio: no speech, no voiceover, no music. Only close-up kitchen ASMR sounds synchronized with the cuts and food actions.
Mandatory timing:
- 0.0-0.9s: overhead, intact bonded crown from `@BakedChouxCrownFrame`. Seven fused domes in one solid ring, cracked crumble top, stable unified structure.
- 0.9-1.7s: serrated bread knife saws horizontally through mid-height of the whole ring, blade parallel to counter. Hard cut acceptable to `@SplitCrownFrame` if needed. Chapeau lifts off as one piece; bottom ring stays intact.
- 1.7-2.5s: chapeau with crumble set aside; open bottom ring stable, hollow pale airy interior visible, 7 fused domes still bonded.
- 2.5-3.3s: hands fill pastry bag with glossy praline cream from `@PralineCreamFrame`, thick satin texture.
- 3.3-4.3s: close-up piping — generous thick cream rosaces piped along the open ring cavity, spirals filling the hollow, scaled to crown size, not tiny dots.
- 4.3-5.3s: hard cut to `@FilledCrownFrame`: ring generously filled with praline cream rosaces, same crown geometry and scale.
- 5.3-6.3s: hands lower the chapeau back onto the cream, one clean closing gesture, crumble top aligned with base.
- 6.3-8.0s: `@Sieve` dusts light powdered sugar; final overhead reveal, assembled Paris-Brest complete, cream visible at edges.
Global negatives: no separate loose choux buns, no crown falling apart, no vertical knife cut between domes, no knife stabbing one dome, no detached slice, no tiny cream dots or micro-piping, no undersized cream, no scale mismatch, no invented rosette count beyond ring length, no collapsing crown, no messy smear, no excessive sugar cloud hiding pastry, no text, no slow pacing.
Mandatory audio: 0.0-0.9s crisp dry pastry contact; 0.9-1.7s soft serrated bread knife saw through crisp shell; 1.7-2.5s light chapeau set down; 2.5-4.3s thick cream pushed through pastry bag, generous squeeze; 4.3-5.3s soft cream settle; 5.3-6.3s chapeau lid contact; 6.3-8.0s fine sugar dusting and quiet finish.Le mot de la fin
